NCP-Congress Democratic front has won 144 out of 188 seats in Maharashtra State Assembly Elections 2009. NCP has won 62 seats in the Golden Jubilee year of the state of Maharashtra and will form the next Government along with Congress.

NCP has also won 5 seats in the Arunachal Pradesh State Assembly Elections 2009.
